Displays & Display Design Requests!

Overview: Most of the design efforts for our custom display projects are derived from modifications or variations of existing Displays2go stock products. We do, however, welcome completely unique ideas for review and evaluation. Should your ideas or designs match our production capabilities, material availability and/or minimum quanitity run requirements, we will be happy to provide a quote. Before you inquire, you should know 1) Our production run requirements are set up with a $5,000.00 minimum on new jobs. 2) We can not quote on single, one of a kind, or small runs (ie. quantity 1, 5, 25 etc) of custom displays regardless of their size or expense. We can not achieve manufacturing efficiencies with small runs. 3) For jobs quoted that meet our minimum requirements, the quote will depict a prepaid price for constructing a handmade prototype. Our Rapid Prototyping program is usually a <1 week cycle with samples sent FED EX. Prototype products that require specialty materials, hardware and/or unique production processes may require longer to produce. 4) We do not have a team of designers who can take vague ideas and come up with a variety of sample prototypes. Our forte has always been to take a client's existing idea and bring it to life. The design idea or criterion must come from the client in the form of a hand sketch, CAD drawing, JPEG, or other basic method. All pertinent dimensions and quantities must be included with your inquiry. We will be quick to respond with feasibility to manufacture, our minimum quantity requirements and pricing. 5) We do not customize displays constructed from corrugated, wire or metal. We also do not customize our display case lines. 6) We receive and process 20 - 30 custom display inquiries each day. Please be sure your email or fax submission clearly states the style of display, dimensions, the quantity desired, and include a PDF sketch or picture when possible. |

Our custom display design group will respond within hours, not days, with price quotes, comments, lead times, and prototype costs regarding the display design and construction of your custom POP display. |

| 3. | Next, your custom display ideas can quickly be turned into reality. If you would like to see a prototype, we will charge a nominal prepaid prototype fee, produce the sample, and send it FED EX overnight for your review. If you would then like to proceed with an order, we request an approval sign off by you or your client before commencement of production. We produce most of our custom display orders within a 3 to 4 week lead time. | |||||||||||||
